Dili Tropic

Dili Tropic is a 20,000 square meter multifunctional hotel complex, based on the core idea of creating a single climatic space where visitors can enjoy a tropical environment and unique plants, escaping from the daily hustle and bustle.

The main concept is to create a cultural space where each level of the valley will have the style of one selected ethnic origin—Asia, Africa, and Amazonia.

The resort will also include a tropical-themed swimming pool area where our residents and guests can enjoy the warmth and summer vibes even in winter.

The project stands out for its uniqueness and is considered the first of its kind in the region, being an unprecedented closed-city concept.

The project was created as a result of the collaboration within the Armenian business community and offers individuals the opportunity to join and own a summer home-business in this unique closed-roof city.
